By accessing or using rydlnk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

rydlnk provides a platform that connects riders with drivers for shared commutes. We are a technology platform and do not provide transportation services directly. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of rydlnk.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Treat all users with respect
• Arrive on time for scheduled pickups
• Keep vehicles clean and in good condition (drivers)
• Not engage in illegal or harmful behavior
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

Payments

Riders agree to pay for confirmed rides. Payments are processed weekly via Stripe. Drivers receive 75% of ride fares, paid weekly to their connected bank account.

Cancellations

You may cancel a ride without penalty if you provide adequate notice. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in account restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

rydlnk is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from ridesharing activities. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
